Every company/organisation must have a Fire Risk Assessment. It is now a legal requirement (The Regulatory Reform Order Oct. 2006).

The Risk Assessment requires 'The Responsible Person' to have detailed knowledge and experience to assess the fire safety within the premises and put their name to the report.

We can assist you in creating your Risk Assessment.

We will produce a detailed and comprehensive survey containing all aspects of fire risk. It will highlight legislative commitments and provide an in-depth report onthe condition of the building in terms of fire safety. It will illustrate how the hazards are distinguished and how each risk is evaluated.

The Fire Risk Assessment will identify ways to prevent, contain and compartmentalise fire. The report will examine and assess means of escape and appropriate fire safety training. It will identify the fire safety equipment and make recommendations for improvements within budgetary constraints.
